A new Corporate Paralegal opportunity within K3 Law, a growing Boutique Law Firm offering exposure to a wide range of corporate work and career progression within a leading UK professional services organisation.
The Company
K3 Law is a high-quality boutique corporate law firm and is part of K3 Capital Group, a multi-disciplinary Advisory & Professional Services group focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.
The Opportunity
The K3 Law team continues to expand and following an outstanding performance in 2025 is handling more Mid-market M&A transaction work than ever before. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Paralegal to join the K3 Law team and work on a wide range of lower / mid-market Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise.)
As a Corporate Paralegal can expect a wide variety of work and responsibilities including:
* Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions
* Supporting the team on disclosure and due diligence
* Drafting and reviewing a range of ancillary documents
* Conducting research for the team
* Supporting senior fee earners on deals

The Person
The successful candidate should have:
* Ideally a strong background dealing with corporate matters gained from a regional, national or international law firm (but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Strong academics
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
* High level of professionalism and discretion.
* Ties to Greater Manchester/ North West
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
