We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Leeds. The company specialises in high-performance industrial coatings and materials, supplying into sectors such as engineering, infrastructure and manufacturing.
This is a hands-on role within a process-driven environment, offering long-term stability and the opportunity to develop into more technical positions over time.
Monday Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (flexibility required for 12-hour shifts and potentially weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the production of specialist materials and coatings
Assisting with machinery and equipment as part of the manufacturing process
Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality standards are met
Handling raw materials and finished products
Following strict health & safety procedures due to the nature of the environment
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace
Skills Required
Previous experience within manufacturing, production or industrial environments
Comfortable working in a hands-on, process-driven role
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic understanding of machinery or willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
