Support Worker – Fife

As an Agency Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals across Fife and the surrounding areas with their daily needs, promoting independence, always ensuring dignity and respect. This role requires a reliable driver who can travel between services and assist with transporting clients when needed.
Your Role:
* Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with a variety of needs (including learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities)
* Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication
* Encourage independence, dignity, and well-being always
* Keep accurate records and follow individual care plans
* Support service users to take part in meaningful activities, both at home and in the community
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 6 months' care or support experience in the UK
* A genuine passion for making a positive difference
* Great communication skills and a caring, empathetic nature
* Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
