Where will you be working?
As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

What will you be doing?
Develop and lead a comprehensive Information Security strategy that enhances cyber resilience, aligns with legal and client requirements, and embeds a ‘secure by design’ culture across the organisation. Advocate for cybersecurity at the board level, securing investment and providing thought leadership. Define and implement appropriate frameworks, certifications, and metrics to assess and improve security posture. Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and support the impact of new initiatives, ensuring consistent practices across the group. Drive awareness, training, and risk management while balancing resilience, risk, and cost in all security operations.
What You’ll Bring
* Excellent communication skills and work ethic
* Ability to confidently interact at multiple levels in the organisation and lead cross-departmental team projects
* Experience presenting to all levels of the business.
* Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills with an affinity for documentation and process
* Strong technical knowledge with network and security technology familiarity
* Honours degree or equivalent, CISSP or other relevant security certifications.(CISM).
* 7+ years of experience in risk management or information security
* Understanding of business and IT alignment
* Will need to be SC cleared
