Support Worker - Male
Driver with access to a car is required due to the location of the home!
Part Time: 25 to 30hrs a week, rolling rota
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a male support worker on a part time basis to join our established team to support 4 gentleman who have different needs. They enjoy long days out using buses and trains to travel to different towns, summertime walks down the canal, football, and meeting up with friends.
Promote and support them to maintain their independence
Prompting Personal Care, supporting when needed
Supporting with Medication
Supporting to maintain their home, cooking, cleaning and laundry
Support, be involved and encourage them to be involved in activities they love
It would be a rolling two weekly rota working -
every other Sunday 11-3 and the alternate week to this working from 9am till 9pm on Tuesday
We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rolling rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're passionate about!
