Key Responsibilities
* Leading the end-to-end planning cycle: annual budgeting, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
* Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance and enable commercial decision-making.
* Business partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks & opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
* Building dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide proactive and accurate financial analysis which enhances the visibility and decision support.
* Owning and evolving monthly board packs.
* Driving process improvements and embedding a culture of continuous financial performance management

* Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong ability to forge effective partnerships with senior operational and commercial leaders.
* Data Translation: Skilled at converting complex data into clear, actionable business insights and compelling narratives.
* FP&A Experience: Proven expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis within dynamic, commercially-focused settings.
* Team Leadership: Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Change Management: Adept at guiding teams through significant organisational changes.
* Qualified Accountant: Fully qualified accountant (ACMA, ACA, or ACCA) with over 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
