Plant Administrator
Location: Head Office, Redditch
Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Plant Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Plant Manager with the administration of ad-hoc plant activities. Helping to support the wider Plant team to ensure any relevant spreadsheets and administration is maintained to a good standard.
The Successful Applicant will:
* Meet the qualifications and experience requirements outlined below.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Log and maintain all RM & CAM breakdowns on the breakdown list/with specific suppliers where necessary.
* Log and maintain hours and mileage reports.
* Inventory Hilti Audits – Weekly.
* Calibration surveys.
* Vehicle Fleet Administration (vans).
* Collections of off-hire kit and updating suppliers and systems accordingly.
* Updating site management and systems on tools ordering.
* Following up on expected deliveries (namely gas oils/white diesel).
* General administrative duties.
Package:
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Weekly Hours: 07:30am to 16:30pm (we are open to discussing reasonable adjustments)
* Holiday Allowance: 23 days plus bank holidays, with additional holiday based on service.
