This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive, energetic, and professional environment where full training will be provided About the Role As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Recruitment Managers by identifying and attracting high-quality candidates for a variety of positions. This is a people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll spend time speaking with candidates, building relationships, understanding career aspirations, and matching individuals with suitable opportunities. You'll also gain exposure to client visits and learn firsthand how successful recruitment partnerships are built. Key Responsibilities Sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, databases, and social media Screening and interviewing candidates over the phone Building strong relationships with candidates and understanding their experience and career goals Supporting Recruitment Managers with live vacancies and candidate shortlists Writing candidate profiles and presenting suitable applicants Managing candidate records accurately on the company CRM system Completing pre-employment checks and GDPR processes Identifying leads and referrals through candidate conversations Supporting the recruitment team in achieving KPI targets Attending client meetings alongside Recruitment Managers when required What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is enthusiastic, personable, and eager to learn. Recruitment experience is not essential - full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with a wide range of people Ideally 2 years office based within a sales environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and self-motivated attitude Good IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook A professional and positive approach to work The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why Join Clearline Recruitment?
