We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join and Production department in a modern, clean FMCG environment in Tewkesbury. LOCATION: Tewkesbury Industrial Estate PAY: Starting salary of £14.54, increasing with training HOURS: 37.5 hours per week DURATION: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks WORKING PATTERN: Weekdays: 0515, 1330 with finish times based on production demands Saturday: 0515, 1100 with finish times based on production demands Team Leaders need to be able to commit to both early & late shift. Shifts do not follow regular pattern: will not be one week of earlies, one week of lates, but subject to production needs. What You Will Be Doing Lead, motivate, and train staff through practical instruction, ensuring line efficiency. Work as part of a leadership team to uphold and exceed internal and external quality standards. Ensure all production records are completed accurately and efficiently. Report any maintenance, quality, or production issues promptly and accurately. Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across all operations. Assist in fostering a safe work environment, following Health and Safety policies.
