The working day can be unpredictable, involving organizing activities in the morning and providing 1:1 support in the afternoon.

Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* Desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* 12 months experience in a Residential setting (highly desirable but open to beginners)
* Compliance with DBS and reference checks as per government regulations and safer recruitment practices
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality care for children
* Providing guidance, support, and structure in daily life
* Supporting access to education
* Promoting healthy lifestyles and positive living choices
* Participating in clinically led training to enhance skills
* Household duties
* Record keeping and report writing
* Organizing social activities and outings
* Attending meetings, visits, key work sessions, and therapy sessions
* Transporting young people to various provisions
