Your new role
My client is looking for a temporary HR Co-ordinator to join them with the potential to go permanent. You will be involved in the following but not subject to:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
* Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
* Coordinate new employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for all temporary staff.
Employee Relations:
* Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
* Address employee enquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Data Management:
* Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
* Update HR databases and systems with employee information.
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
General HR Support:
* Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives such as reviewing the pay structure.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
* Assist with reviewing and developing policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
* You will need to hold an HR Degree (Undergraduate or Masters)
* Have up-to-date employment law knowledge and understanding
* Be confident to ask questions, be a fast-learner, be collaborative and have the desire to learn more.
* Be able to start as soon as possible.

Working weeks consist of 37 hours, which are typically 9am-5pm; however, they offer flexible working hours along with hybrid working.
