Document Controller - Residential Developer

I am currently recruiting for a Document Controller on behalf of a large, well-known residential developer. This is an opportunity to join a major project at a very early stage, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.
The scheme is brand new and not yet under construction. The successful candidate will be supporting the project team with Gateway 2 documentation and the quality assurance of drawings and technical information.
Role responsibilities include managing and maintaining project documentation, supporting Gateway 2 submissions, carrying out QA checks on drawings and consultant information, setting up document control processes from project inception, and liaising with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Site-based document control experience is essential for this role. Candidates must have experience working on residential construction projects and be comfortable supporting teams during early project stages and pre-construction. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to start at short notice are also required.
