Responsibilities
* Establish a full working knowledge of the Resort and all golf departments, policies, procedures and systems.
* Ensure all areas are running efficiently, including locker room and facilities, warm‑up areas, buggy operation, etc.
* Meet and greet guests – both members and non‑members.
* Control the monthly stock checks and order stock when necessary.
* Filing golf utilisation reports.
Qualifications
* An understanding of the game of golf.
* Experience in a hospitality environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
* Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
