As Membership Advisor, you’ll manage the joiner journey from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring every member starts their Bowfield journey feeling welcomed, informed, and motivated.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional showrounds for prospective members.
- Handle and manage membership enquiries (phone, email, walk-in, social media).
- Convert leads into sales through excellent customer engagement and a proven sales process
- Process memberships, set up direct debits, and manage payments.
- Liaise with reception and fitness teams to book inductions and follow-up sessions.
- Support and contribute to the retention strategy.
- Manage and process cancellations, following save procedures.
- Maintain accurate member records in the CRM system.
