About the Role:
Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams
Ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards
Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
Managing projects ranging from £5k through to £1 million +About the Candidate:
Minimum of 5 year’s relevant management experience preferably within the fencing industry
Knowledge of Security Fencing/ Gates/ Hoarding etc
CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage
Experienced in effectively leading teams
Effective influencing, negotiating skills
Estimating to effectively capture all variations
Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen
Accurate forecasting
Excellent organisational skills
Communication skills & leadership
Excellent problem-solving abilities
