Receptionist role at Care Concern Group – Kingfisher House Care Home, Perth, Scotland. Contract: Full Time and Part Time; Salary: £12.21 per hour; Shift Type: Days; Kingfisher House Care Home offers Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care with a riverside location and facilities for residents.
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team. As the welcoming face of Kingfisher House, you will help create a positive first impression for residents, visitors, and professionals, reflecting the warm and caring ethos of our home.
What You Will Do
* Greet and assist visitors.
* Manage incoming mail and provide secretarial support such as updating resident information.
* Maintain accurate records and handle general office tasks (e.g., filing and photocopying).
* Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth office operations and uphold company policies.
* Contribute to a supportive, professional environment and take on additional duties to help the home run efficiently when needed.

* Professional and friendly manner with the ability to multitask.
* Confidence in dealing with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
* Previous reception or administrative experience is essential.
