Master Data Analyst

Location: Reading | Hybrid (2 days in-office)

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 per annum (DOE)

Type: Full-time


We are seeking a skilled Master Data Analyst to join our Data team and support the delivery of critical data initiatives. Reporting to the Master Data Manager, this role will be responsible for driving data governance practices and ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of key business data. Using the Profisee MDM platform, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining a single, trusted source of truth across the organisation.


Responsibilities:

1. Owning and maintaining golden master records across critical data assets—your records are the source of truth.
2. Building and evolving a data model that aligns with the business's core processes and drives consistency.
3. Developing matching logic and survivorship rules to ensure data stays pristine.
4. Designing and managing data entity relationships, including workflow and event processing.
5. Defining and executing business rules, managing data governance workflows, and owning MDM data mapping and ingestion.
