This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional with experience in residential property work who is looking to progress their career within a well-established Legal 500 recognised firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting senior conveyancers and managing client relationships throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities Supporting a senior conveyancer with all aspects of residential transactions. Preparing and issuing draft contracts. Managing sale files and handling client paperwork. Dealing with enquiries, ordering and checking property searches. Checking mortgage offers and assisting with title checks (experience preferred but not essential). Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Managing completion and post-completion processes. Providing administrative and team support where needed. Requirements Previous experience working in a residential conveyancing department is essential. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident IT user with experience using case management systems. A proactive, professional, and collaborative team player. Business development experience is desirable.
