RAC have the exciting opportunity to appoint a Campaign Manager to join the Insight team on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office in Bristol.
The role working alongside colleagues in our Retention Squad and working closely with Stakeholders to manage & deliver effective campaigns. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge of Adobe Campaign and be able to understand complex data models. Alongside that you’ll also be using Braze for digital messaging.
Role responsibilities include but are not limited to developing appropriate and measurable test plans alongside the marketing teams. Reviewing campaign performance, with recommendations for performance and presenting to marketing teams. You will also be responsible for managing a team and ensuring campaigns are developed to the correct standard.
What you'll do
1. Offer targeting recommendations for marketing campaigns using in-depth knowledge of prospect and member data.
2. Analyse and optimise campaign process and development to identify areas for improvements.
3. Review campaign performance, feedback results and make recommendations to optimise.
4. Create and maintain accurate process documentation to aid campaign delivery.
5. Manage the development of your team and share best practice across the wider team
What you'll need
6. knowledge of Adobe Campaign, Braze, or similar campaign automation tools.
7. Basic / Intermediate SQL skills.
8. Knowledge of consumer databases and experience of data selection and manipulation tools
9. High level of organisation and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical colleagues.
11. High level of attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under pressure.
