Location: 3-bed EBD Children's Home in the West Midlands
Role: Providing Therapeutic Care with leadership responsibilities

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead shifts with confidence and responsibility
Build safe, nurturing relationships with children and young people
Be a role model—showing kindness, resilience, and creativity
Support therapeutic care using the PACE model
Work closely with external professionals and the wider team
Ensure clear documentation and decision-making in line with policies
Help children with daily tasks—bringing fun and imagination into their lives

Essential Requirements:
1+ years in a team leader/shift leader role
2+ years in residential childcare
Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent)
Must be 21+ (No sponsorship available)
