Deputy Team Manager - Neath Community Children's Team

Are you ready to take the next step in yoursocial work career? We are looking for a dynamic and committedDeputy Team Manager to help lead our Neath Community ChildrensTeam with energy, compassion, and purpose.

In this pivotal role, you will support theTeam Manager in delivering a high-quality, responsive service tochildren and families across Neath. You will work with childrenin need of care and support, those in need of protection, andlooked-after children, ensuring that every child receives thebest possible outcomes in line with current legislation, policy,and best practice.

* Providing professional leadership andguidance to Social Workers and Support Workers.
* Managing a small caseload of complexcases to stay connected to frontline practice.
* Supporting the development and deliveryof our service to maintain excellence.
* Helping shape a culture of learning,support, and continuous improvement.
