About the Role

You'll step into various secondary classrooms to provide cover and continuity, ensuring students continue to progress in the absence of their usual teacher. Your subject knowledge, enthusiasm and adaptability will make a real difference to pupils across KS3 and KS4.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong subject knowledge in English Language and/or English Literature
Effective classroom and behaviour management
Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
A commitment to fostering student progress and achievement
