About theRole
As the Curriculum DevelopmentManager you will:
* Lead the review anddevelopment of our curricula to ensure they remain relevant to andrespected by the profession.
* Manage complexprogrammes and projects related to curriculum design anddevelopment.
* Develop guidance for curriculumusers based on feedback.
* Act as the goto pointof contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding RPScurricula.
* Deliver engaging presentationsabout RPS curricula to a diverse range ofstakeholders.
SuccessMeasures
We have clear achievablesuccess measures in place. By the end of 2024 you will havedeveloped and implemented a new RPS curriculum review andevaluation policy. By April 2025 you will have successfully led onthe programme to revamp our postregistration Foundationcurriculum.

Essential
* Educated to degree level (or equivalent workexperience).
* Postgraduate qualification ineducation (or equivalent work experience).
* Proven experience in curriculum design and complexproject management.
* Ability to build strongrelationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellentcommunication skills and an eye fordetail.
Desirable
* Understanding of current health education and regulatorypolicy.
* Experience of curriculum design withina postgraduate healthcare environment.
* Basicunderstanding of intellectual propertyprinciples.
TheTeam
This role sitsin the Assessment & Credentialing team whose main purposeis to define and assure postregistration standards of pharmacypractice through curricula assessments andcredentialing.
We are a small but dynamic teammade of educational professionals (both pharmacists andnonpharmacists) passionate about improving care through theadvancement and assurance of pharmacists in the healthcare system.We are looking forward to welcoming a passionate and experiencedindividual with curriculum expertise into the team.
Howwe are currentlyworking
RPSsupports and works in a hybrid way which means you will be able towork from home however there will be an expectation forcollaborative facetoface working on average and typically this maybe something between 48 working days per month at our LondonOffice.
