Offer description

As Visits & Events Supervisor, you will lead the day‑to‑day planning, preparation and delivery of visits and events hosted in our Visitor Centre at our Trowbridge head office. At the heart of apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods’ proposition is our great food, and the core of this role is making a real difference by showcasing our food and our people with pride, professionalism and attention to detail.

Our Visitor Centre hosts guests several times a week, from specialists such as Facilities Managers and Dietitians to senior decision makers, partners and stakeholders. You will be the operational lead for the Visitor Centre experience, ensuring every visit is well planned, professionally hosted and delivered to a consistently high standard, with brilliant coordination behind the scenes.

This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with accountability for logistics, administration and standards. It also includes line management of the Visits & Events Assistant, with a clear expectation that you will be an empowering, supportive people manager who builds confidence, capability and reliability through clear ways of working, coaching and follow‑through.

At apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods, we are on an ambitious journey. With bold growth targets ahead, how we welcome customers, prospects and stakeholders into our business, and the experience they leave with, plays a critical role in helping us succeed.

Most importantly, you will help ensure every guest leaves with a brilliant impression of apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods, and a clear understanding of how we make a real difference.

This is a full‑time role. Some visits and events may start earlier or finish later than standard hours, so flexibility around core office hours is required. Occasional UK travel and overnight stays will also be required to support event delivery.

apetito | Wiltshire Farm Foods is the UK’s leading food supplier to the health and social care sectors serving more than 1,300 care homes, health care and education settings.

Our meals are expertly crafted by our dietitians and chefs, and then frozen to lock in the goodness.

Wiltshire Farm Foods, our sister company, is the UK’s largest ready meal supplier cooking and delivering over 330 different delicious frozen ready meals across the UK.
