Job Advert: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time) – Poole (BH15) – September Start
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and passionate 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our welcoming and nurturing infant schools in Poole (BH15) from September.
This is a full-time position, ideal for a committed TA who is looking to make a meaningful difference in a child’s educational journey by providing tailored, one-to-one support.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with special educational needs
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies
* Supporting the child’s academic, social, and emotional development
* Creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment
* Monitoring and recording progress, adapting approaches where necessary
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an SEN setting
* Demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
* Be passionate about supporting children with additional needs
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be committed to full-time work from September

Pay:
* Daily rate of £92.63 based on a 6.5-hour working day
