Female Support Worker – Day & Waking Night Shifts
Location: Ballingry, Fife
Contract: Temp to Perm (Permanent opportunity available)
Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay: From £13.00 per hour (DOE)
Driving Licence: Essential
ASA Recruitment is currently recruiting for a dedicated Female Support Worker to join a well-established service in Ballingry. This role involves providing 1:1 support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs within a structured, supportive environment.

The Role
You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs. The role requires a compassionate, proactive approach and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care
2. Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
3. Supporting access to community activities and appointments
4. Building positive, trusting relationships
5. Monitoring, recording and reporting any changes in needs or behaviour
6. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
About You
We are looking for a committed Support Worker who has:
7. A minimum of 6 months’ UK care experience
8. Experience supporting individuals with autism and complex needs
9. A calm, reliable and professional approach
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
12. PVG membership or willingness to apply
Shifts Available
13. Long days (for example 08:00-20:00)
14. Day shifts 08:00-16:00
15. Evening shifts 16:00-22:00
16. Waking night shifts
17. Rotational weekend working
