Gini London is emerging ladies’ fashion brand currently selling on own website, New Look, Matalan, Debenhams, Silkfred, Zalando and more. As a result of continued growth, we are seeking a talented Content Creator / Social Media Manager to join our team and help us reach our goals.
Job Overview:
As a Content Creator / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing channel-specific content for our Running social channels and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic. You will work closely with our team to understand goals and create compelling content across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
* Create channel-specific / engaging content for our Running social channels with a focus on ‘Lo-Fi High Impact Video Content’ across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube shorts.
* Contact Fashion Blogger and Influencer, Identify TikTok / Instagram trends and ensure we’re reacting to these to help drive the growth of the social accounts.
* Shoot fast paced, dynamic video content including posts, videos, and graphics, tailored to each client's target audience.
* Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure our campaign and social-specific shoots capture social-first content, build social trend reports, focusing on industry and social trends, tech updates, key competitors and visual references for social content.
* Concept original content ideas using new techniques to present products in a creative way that inspire our audiences to purchase and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
* Analyse the results of social content in collaboration with the wider social team and feed into weekly, monthly and campaign reports, monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to increase engagement.
* Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
* Analyse performance metrics and prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
* Create email marketing calendar and action regularly.
Qualifications / Skills:
* Understanding of Tik Tok / Instagram and the wider social media.
* Experience is using video editing software and tools.
* Experience in content creation and presentation of ideas.
* An understanding of social media analytics and how to apply learnings.
* Demonstrated success in managing social media accounts across various platforms.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
* Communicate followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
* Analyse follower to get maximum conversion out of them.
