Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Manager located in Glenrothes. The Home Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing staff. The role involves coordinating with medical professionals to provide the best care for residents, developing care plans, and implementing policies and procedures. The Home Manager will also be responsible for budget management, maintaining records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.

Qualifications

* Experience in team management and leadership
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of budget management and financial planning
* Ability to develop and implement care plans
* Experience in the care home sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
