Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care tailored to each person's individual needs
* Assist with personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, grooming)
* Help with meal prep, preparation and nutrition
* Support medication administration, prescription management and safe disposal
* Carry out light housework such as tidying, laundry and general cleaning
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Ability to follow care plans
* Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity – full training will be provided
