* Renewables (solar, wind, hydrogen)
* Conventional power and utilities
* Oil & gas (upstream and downstream)
* Transport and infrastructure (ports, rail, airports)
* Digital infrastructure and data centres
You will be exposed to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters from day one, with a strong focus on transactions across EMEA, Africa, and emerging markets, often involving novel deal structures and high-profile clients.
Why Join This Firm?
* Global brand and top-tier reputation in project development and finance
* Tightly knit, collaborative London team with strong links to New York and other international offices
* Opportunities for secondments, international deal experience, and rapid career development
* Supportive environment where associates are deeply involved in strategic work, not just execution
* Mentorship from industry-leading partners, many ranked by Chambers and Legal 500
Cravath-Scale Compensation
* Among the highest salaries in the London legal market
* Full Cravath-scale bonuses and performance rewards
* Comprehensive benefits and support package
About You
* 2–5 years’ PQE in project finance from a top international or City law firm
* Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
* Experience advising on cross-border transactions (lender-side, sponsor-side, or both)
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environments
* A proactive mindset, commercial acumen, and enthusiasm for working on global deals
