As a Share Plan Manager, you’ll help shape and manage inclusive, compliant and rewarding programmes for colleagues in over 50 countries. What will you be doing?

You’ll be at the heart of our global share plan operations, working closely with the Share Plan Director to deliver executive and all-employee plans across the business. From managing annual events like awards and vesting, to supporting payroll and finance teams, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth and accurate administration. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, resolve queries, and drive process excellence through data insights and participant feedback. You’ll also help shape our communications strategy, making sure every colleague understands and values their share plan benefits.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted expert and a proactive problem solver. You’ll need to:

1. Bring proven experience managing global share plans, ideally in a company with a US and/or Global presence

2. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for process improvement and simplification

3. Understand global share plan legislation and administration, with a keen eye for compliance and accuracy

4. Build effective relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance and beyond, influencing decisions with logic and data

5. Prepared to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
