Key Responsibilities
1. The successful candidate will undertake court advocacy, provide legal advice, and prepare and review cases within a varied and rewarding criminal prosecutions caseload.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Qualified Solicitors and Barristers with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
2. Residency in the UK for at least five years.
3. Ideally, at least 2 years' experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions, with a genuine passion for this area.
Training and Support
Comprehensive induction training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching will support your transition into the role of Senior Prosecutions Lawyer.
Skills Required
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to deliver well-reasoned judgments and demonstrate strong decision-making abilities.
