This is a hands-on, operational recruitment role where you ll manage end-to-end hiring activity across the business, supporting managers with sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing multiple recruitment campaigns across various business functions
* Writing and posting job adverts across job boards and social media
* Screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates
* Supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process
* Direct sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
* Building talent pipelines for future vacancies
* Coordinating interviews, assessment activities, and offer processes
* Maintaining recruitment systems and ensuring a positive candidate experience
What We 9re Looking For
* Previous, recent, in-house or agency recruitment experience
* Strong experience managing high-volume recruitment activity
* Confident sourcing candidates directly and using social recruitment tools
* Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work at pace and manage competing priorities
* Knowledge of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
