Voids Supervisor – Housing Association
Location: Tower Hamlets & North/East London; Salary: £45,000 per annum plus company van & fuel card; Type: Full Time; Region: UK – London.
Responsibilities
Oversee void property refurbishment and turnaround works across Tower Hamlets and North/East London. Manage operatives and contractors, ensuring void properties are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard, helping residents move into quality homes as quickly as possible.

Qualifications
* Experience supervising voids, repairs, or planned works within social housing.
