PART TIME 25 HOURS PER WEEK Team Administrator Monday Friday, 9am 2pm (25 hours per week). Salary: £26,000 pro rata/ £13.33 per hour Corby. Fully office based Permanent Holiday entitlement: 22 days 8 Bank Holidays. A handful of these days will need to be used to cover Christmas shut down. Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Corby. This role is very much back office customer support and administration - supporting their B2C clientele. We're seeking a confident and reliable Administrator with excellent customer service skills whos comfortable spending time on the phone. Become an integral part of the team, where you'll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, handling inquiries, managing case workflows, and ensuring smooth communication. From processing post and maintaining filing systems to securing essential documents and working closely with colleagues, youll be key to ensuring everything runs smoothly. What your day to day will look like: Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in person, managing deliveries and inquiries. Handle company inboxes, directing communications to the appropriate team members. Process incoming and outgoing post, ensuring CRM updates and correct workflow steps. Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for the team. Assist with data entry, acknowledging new (client case) instructions, and supporting colleagues when needed. Confirm eligibility for new instructions, securing necessary documentation from clients for case submission. Communicate with clients to request any additional information or documents. Collaborate with senior team members and field-based colleagues to ensure efficient case processing. Send completion letters upon full payment of fees and assist with administrative tasks as directed. Update email/letter templates as required and help maintain positive relationships with key contacts. Support general office duties, including recycling, supply management, and housekeeping.
