Job Title: Training Manager
Location: Salford (with travel as required)
Contract Type: Temp - Perm
What We’re Looking For
* Qualification in Training or Training Management.
* Experience in instructional design, coaching, and project delivery.
* Strong knowledge of FM systems, CMMS, and associated technologies.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
* Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital training tools.
* Willingness to travel and work autonomously or in a team.
Desirable
* Understanding of FM operations and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a robust Training Strategy and Framework.
* Create and deliver engaging training materials, manuals, and assessments.
* Lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing training for team members.
* Support implementation of FM systems and CMMS processes.
* Manage training demand in line with business priorities.
* Maintain accurate training records and continuously improve delivery based on feedback.
* Provide post-deployment training support and performance reviews.
