General skills:

As a Community Works Operative, you will have:

• Excellent Work Ethic

• Good fitness levels for lifting and shifting

• Active listening and effective communication skills

• Able to confidently work in a team but also individually

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Loading behind Refuse/Recycling Lorry

• Street scene management

• Working at a Household Recycling Centre/Transfer Station or Landfill

• Collection of bulky items and fly tipping removal.

• Deliver/Uplift Recycling/Refuse containers

• Basic record keeping or other administrative duties as required

• Uplift of animal carcasses

• Any other work as directed by Supervisor/Foreperson.

Job Details:

• Pay Rate- 14.12ph

• Weekly Hours-;

Monday- Thursday 0700-1500

Friday 0700-1430
