We’re now looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager at Milford Roofing ls to take the lead at one of our key locationsbringing energy, leadership, and commercial savvy to a high-performing team.
What’s the role?
* As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your branch’s performance and direction. You’ll lead by examplecreating a culture where colleagues feel empowered to deliver outstanding service, customers feel supported, and the branch thrives commercially.
* You’ll be responsible for the branch’s day-to-day operation and long-term success. That means developing local sales strategies, spotting growth opportunities, and keeping a close eye on margin, profitability, and customer retention. It also means being present and visible supporting your team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring every process runs safely and efficiently.
* At your side, you’ll have a skilled teamand your leadership will be key to helping them develop, perform, and succeed. Whether it’s resolving a challenge on the trade counter, managing stock levels, or working with suppliers, your calm, focused approach will keep everything moving in the right direction.
* We’ll trust you to maintain the highest standards in health & safety, champion our values, and ensure your branch reflects the professionalism and service SIG Roofing is known for.
What you’ll bring:
* You’ll be a confident and commercially aware leader, with a strong background in sales, operations, or branch managementideally within construction, merchanting, or a related environment.
* You’ll understand the balance between driving performance and developing people. Your customer-focused, operationally strong, and comfortable being both strategic and hands-on when needed.
