Job Description
Due to increased occupancy and an increased workload, we are currently looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join an existing team, in supporting the upkeep of a busy commercial site.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out water hygiene tasks including temperature and quality checks
2. Complete basic plumbing works and fault finding
3. Undertake general building fabric repairs (doors, ceilings, fixtures, etc.)
4. Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
5. Accurately record works using CAFM systems
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
What we’re looking for:
7. Experience in commercial building maintenance
8. Practical skills across plumbing, fabric, and basic maintenance
9. Knowledge of water hygiene (Legionella awareness desirable)
10. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
