Role Responsibilities:
* Assist the Events Sales Manager and team in reaching sales targets.
* Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for customers.
* Serve as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, providing event details, and ensuring smooth communication.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate leads.
* Attend networking events and trade shows to support business development efforts.
* Maintain detailed records of event sales, contracts, and client communications.
* Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
