A day in the life: As a Trainee Protection Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: Sourcing the best financial products based on the customer’s individual needs and wants. Completing sales calls with our customers, providing regulated advice, and making suitable recommendations on income protection, critical illness cover and life insurance. Working with leads provided from customers who are already transacting with Fluent for a first or second charge mortgage. Following up on leads and chasing for updates with back-office support so you can focus on advising Maintaining high-performance standards and staying up to date with industry regulations. Achieving minimum targets with meticulous care and attention Upholding personal performance standards of excellence Staying abreast of evolving FCA requirements and industry changes Fulfilling CPD requirements to maintain professional competence Adhering to company compliance protocols, promptly addressing feedback, and implementing necessary actions Promoting best advice and setting a stellar example in customer care Championing the Fluent brand and upholding best practices consistently.
