Job Title: Project Engineer (Radio)
Location: Horsham (Office-Based, 5 Days per Week)
Salary: £30,000 – £60,000 (Depending on Experience)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver radio and communications projects from start to finish
Support system design and technical planning
Carry out installation and commissioning of radio systems (DMR/TETRA)
Work directly with customers, providing technical expertise and support
Travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally
Contribute to system design, documentation, and implementation
Support ongoing improvements in project delivery and engineering processes
Must-Have Skills & Experience
Strong experience with DMR or PMR radio systems
Solid understanding of radio communications principles
Hands-on engineering experience (installation, configuration, or maintenance)
Full right to work and valid passport (due to travel requirements)
Training & Development
Full in-house training provided
Access to manufacturer-led training and certifications
Ongoing development with clear progression pathways
Working Environment
Office-based role in Horsham (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
Collaborative, tight-knit engineering team
