Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Salary negotiable based on experience, starting at £25,000 and upwards
20 days of annual leave in the first year, increasing to 25 days in the second year

What you'll be doing:
Providing accurate estimates for new inquiries
Collaborating with the production team to relay delivery updates to clients
Offering practical advice to clients to maximize the value of our services
Managing client requirements and overseeing the design and print process from start to finish
Ordering materials to support the production process
Preparing completed orders for invoicing
Cultivating consultative relationships with clients based on trust and expertise
Assisting the Customer Service Team and Managers as needed (team player mentality)
