About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations. Your leadership will create an engaging shopping experience that reflects the unique style of the Joules brand. You will inspire a collaborative team approach, drive profitability and maintain exceptional operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the store, ensuring top‑class customer service and visual merchandising.
* Develop and manage the store team, providing coaching and performance reviews.
* Drive sales performance, manage profit & loss and undertake store efficiencies to achieve profitability.
* Implement the brand’s visual and experiential standards across the store.
* Analyze store data and provide insights to senior management to formulate improvement strategies.
* Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and store policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous Store Manager experience or proven retail leadership within a lifestyle brand.
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive profitability.
* Excellent people management skills and a passion for coaching.
* Creative visual merchandising flair combined with operational excellence.
* Results orientated, adaptable and a problem‑solver.
