With around 120 staff across office and warehouse operations, this business is known for its strong reputation and commitment to delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to customers nationwide. \nYour new role \nAs the Plumbing Technical Support Manager, you will oversee a team of four Technical Support Advisors who provide expert advice to customers on plumbing products.
This is a newly created position due to the current manager reducing their working days. You will work closely with them during the transition and receive ongoing support to ensure you succeed in your new role.Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the technical support team, ensuring high service standards, and acting as an escalation point for complex technical queries.
