The Role
* You’ll play a strategic role in shaping the future of the department, delivering high‑quality legal services, and driving business growth.
* Lead and supervise a high‑performing Private Client team, providing guidance and mentoring to support their development.
* Manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney, and estate administration.
* Champion business development activities, building lasting client relationships and enhancing the firm’s regional reputation.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
* Knowledge of inheritance tax, trust and estate taxation, and experience in drafting and administering trusts and settlements.
* Outstanding client care and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong time‑management, organisational, and IT proficiency across Microsoft Office and case‑management systems.
