An established UK Infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of long-term water and wastewater projects across North Wales.This role offers the chance to work on essential infrastructure schemes within a stable, forward-looking organisation delivering frameworks and capital projects for major water authorities.Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparation and management of cost plans, forecasts, valuations and final accounts
2. Administration of contracts (NEC preferred) including change control andpensation events
3. Subcontractor procurement, management and payment
4. Cost reporting, cash flow forecasting and risk management
5. Working closely with project managers, engineers and client stakeholders
6. Ensuringmercial best practice andpliance with internal processes
About You:
7. Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within water, utilities or civil engineering
8. Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
9. Ability to manage multiple packages/projects concurrently
10. Confidentmunicator with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
11. Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
12. Full UK driving licence (projects located across North Wales)
