As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Chinese‑speaking BD Manager to join our London team and support client acquisition, partnership development and commercial growth.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development, partnerships, account management or other client‑facing commercial roles
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
* Familiarity with the UK Chinese‑speaking business community and SME market
* Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business operations and client needs
* Ability to read and understand basic financial reports, company structures or operational models preferred
* Previous experience in professional services, finance, consulting, recruitment, legal or startup environments would be advantageous
* London‑based with valid Right to Work in the UK
Key responsibilities
* Supporting B2B business development and partnership outreach
* Managing and developing long‑term client relationships
* Supporting lead conversion and commercial growth initiatives
* Working closely with internal compliance and operations teams
* Coordinating with stakeholders across multiple industries and business sectors
* Assisting with onboarding processes and client profiling within a regulated environment

This is a client‑facing position within a fast‑paced and performance‑driven environment. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial judgement, adaptability and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
We are looking for someone proactive, resilient and solutions‑oriented, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with clients from different industries and cultural backgrounds.
As the majority of our clients are London‑based Chinese‑speaking businesses and founders, Mandarin Chinese is required for internal coordination and client communication purposes.

Salary and Working Hours
£32,000 – £35,000 per year
