The Role
* Service and maintenance of heavy industrial engines, including CHP engines, Gas Reciprocating Engines and other power generation equipment.
* Preventative, reactive and breakdown services.
* Fault diagnosis with record keeping and log entry.
* 1 in 5 call‑out rota paid at a standby rate and enhanced rate.
* Full training and excellent benefits provided.
The Candidate
* Mechanical Engineer or Mechanic with experience in maintenance and repair.
* Qualified or time‑served (e.g., army, REME, HGV mechanics, Power Generation, agricultural or heavy plant industries).
* Experience in petrol/diesel engine maintenance, overhauls and repairs.
* Based near Dorchester, Poole or Wareham and able to cover the South West.
