Solutions Consultant – Cloud OS Ecosystem (Hybrid, 12-Month Contract) Compensation: Approx. £80,000 | Client: Leading Global Tech Company

We are partnering with a world-renowned, industry-leading technology company to find a Solutions Consultant for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be the primary technical and strategic consultant for their flagship cloud-native operating system and enterprise device ecosystem. You will partner with cross-functional teams and external clients to scope, develop, and execute solutions that drive real business impact.

What You’ll Do
* Own the Project Lifecycle: Drive project planning, timeline estimation, issue tracking, and documentation while proactively navigating roadblocks.
* Build & Deploy Cloud OS Solutions: Leverage your technical acumen to customize, execute, and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions operating within a leading cloud-first OS environment.
* Shape Product Strategy: Analyze user feedback to identify product gaps, assess business impact, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Product Management to influence feature roadmaps.
* Empower Partners: Lead business reviews, identify new commercial opportunities, and advise stakeholders on best practices to optimize their enterprise tech stack.
* Create Scale: Develop repeatable solution content (tutorials, best practices) and contribute to Business Efficiency Plans to streamline operations.
* Manage Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to manager-level stakeholders, addressing escalations and coaching teams on the latest cloud OS ecosystem developments.
What We’re Looking For
* A strong blend of Technical Acumen and Consultative Skills, ideally with experience in cloud-native operating systems, enterprise mobility, and web-based hardware/software ecosystems.
* Proven expertise in Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Operations Management.
* A strategic mindset with proficiency in Systems Thinking and complex Problem‑Solving.
* Excellent communication skills with a track record of driving successful Customer Conversations.
* The ability to flex your Situational Leadership skills to guide both internal teams and external partners.
